Life gets busy, doesn't it? Between work, family, and everything else pulling at you, it's easy to forget to just breathe. That's where meditation and mindfulness come in. These individual sessions are completely tailored to each person—because honestly, we're all different and what works for one person might not resonate for another. Whether you've never meditated before or you've been doing it for years, together we'll figure out what actually feels good for your mind, body, heart, and soul. Sessions might include guided meditation, gentle breathwork, body awareness exercises, or exploring whatever helps you feel more grounded. The benefits are countless, and many clients notice they sleep better, feel less anxious, and can actually focus when they need to.

There's no "right way" to do this, which takes the pressure off! And no one reason to either. Some people come in completely stressed out, others just want a bit of peace in their day, and some are dealing with pain or health-related issues and are looking for tools to help them cope. Whatever's going on, we'll create something that fits into your actual life. Jacqui has created a comfortable, non-judgemental space where you can ask questions, try things out, and see what lands. The goal is to leave with some techniques you can use whenever you need them - whether that's first thing in the morning, during a tough day, or when you're lying in bed at night trying to quiet your mind.
