No pre-requisite necessary - apart from an open heart and willingness.
Individual attunement and healing (to be booked within the week prior to workshop).
Learn to how to use Reiki energy for self care, self growth, and enhanced intuition.
History of Reiki and the 5 Reiki Principles.
Lots of practice time. Full student manual to take home.
Reiki Level 1 Certificate upon completion.
