I am passionate about health and wellness and helping others achieve mind-body-heart-soul balance through my heart-centered healing services. I am a lifelong learner and dreamer, with a love of all things metaphysical, mystical and spiritual.

My initial interest in natural health began with the beautiful combination of Louise Hay, Caroline Myss, Counselling Reiki in the early 1990s. After a series of life events that led me to the UK and then on to France, I trained in the Original Ingham Method ® with Hagar Basis at the renowned International Institute of Reflexology in London.

I have 20+ years experience in Reflexology and Usui Reiki, and have worked with a wide range of clients, ages and health concerns. My travels led me to nine years of private practice in France and then in 2016 on to Greater Vancouver, Canada, where I currently work out of a multi-practice centre with the beautiful name of Strawberries and Sunshine Wellness Collective.​

In expanding my interest in helping others in their personal health journeys, I included Ayurvedic (Indian) Head Massage and Access Bars ® to my practice in 2018, and as of June 2022 I am also a certified Counsellor, fulfilling a decades-long dream. Following a deep calling to connect more with my intuitive side, I have been developing as a psychic medium under mentorship since about 2019. With more options I am able to help more clients in their quest to reduce distress, pain and stress in their lives while also helping improve overall wellness, energy, happiness and personal motivation. My kind approach and gentle nature help provide my clients with a relaxing, calm and nurturing experience.
